Earlier this year, Hawaii Accounting LLC (HiAccounting) was selected by Accounting Today as one of the Best Accounting Firms to Work For in 2020. This month the publication announced its full rankings for Small and Mid-Sized/Large Firms — and HiAccounting finds itself right at the top.

Coming in at number two of forty on the ‘Best Small Firms to Work For’ list, HiAccounting is one of the top places in the nation for accounting professionals to work based on its workplace practices, philosophy and employee diversity, as well as firm culture and employee job satisfaction.

In addition to receiving its first-ever national recognition and ranking on this year’s list, HiAccounting is the only Hawaii accounting firm to be included among all 100 firms recognized by Accounting Today.

Firms recognized in Accounting Today’s 2020 Best Accounting Firms to Work For list were evaluated in a two-part survey process. The first part assessed each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics as factors in contributing to a positive work environment, while the second part consisted of an employee survey that measured employees’ experiences and input. These evaluations were scored and analyzed to result in an overall ranking of the 100 best accounting firms.
